Digital Photography

Digital cameras make it simple to shoot and see your photos faster than ever. But for many of that simply means more blurred faces and wobbly landscapes. How many do you simply delete without thinking why did it come out like that. Don't just point and shoot. Together we can explore and use your camera's smart features to improve your pictures, and turn the simplest snap into a good photograph.

Since October 2007 I have had almost 30 people join me in 3 groups on Digital Photography and Digital Imaging, The final session ending in June 2008. I hope they have enjoyed it as much as I do, and gained something from it. Certainly I have had some positive feedback from both subject groups.

I have continued to evolve the presentations, changing some of the photographs I use to demonstrate the subject, and the order of presentation, and plan to start again on Wednesday 8th October, with Digital Photography, ‘Getting to know your camera’. This will run, subject to demand, for 6 sessions, on alternate Wednesdays until December. Then again, subject to demand, I will co-ordinate another bash at Digital Imaging, starting in the New Year running through to May, every other Wednesday.
