This is the second call for anyone interested in forming a Military History group. The idea would be to meet at a frequency to be decided by the group and enjoy contributions from both external speakers and the membership themselves.

We are keen to cover a whole range of topics including both the military point of view e.g. battles, regimental histories etc and the civilian standpoint egg the home front, women in wartime etc and cover any period from ancient history to modern day conflicts. We already have a number of names but we need one or two more to become a viable group. Members who have already indicated an interest need not resubmit their details.
