Recorder This group started at the end of January, 2010, with fifteen members keen to take on the challenge of playing the descant recorder. Most of the group are beginners and have no musical ability but they successfully rose to the challenge and by the end of the first meeting were playing tunes together using three or four notes!! We meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at the Methodist Chapel rooms, although at the moment we are having a summer recess and intend to start again on Monday 6 September.
