Day trip by Coach to Himalayan Gardens & Sculpture Park - Grewelthorpe near Ripon. 

The highly acclaimed garden is just 8 miles from Ripon and Masham, and is best known for its flamboyant burst of colours, with rare rhododendrons, azaleas and Himalayan plants stealing the show.   These are nestled amongst mass plantings of glorious hybrids and drifts of spring bulbs.  Exciting new primula meadows enrich the stunning lakeside walks which rise spectacularly from the valley up to the house situated 850ft above sea level.

Spend the morning in the gardens, cafe facilities available, then enjoy free time in Ripon in the afternoon.
