Cottingham u3a Table Tennis

Cottingham u3a has recently started a table tennis group. The group meets every Monday afternoon 1.00pm - 3.00pm at the Methodist Church (Hallgate, Cottingham) in the rear hall. We have the use of 3 tables and all equipment is provided.  It's a small friendly, mixed ability group; we're all learning from each other. There are a number of vacancies. If you are a u3a member in the  ACCORD network who plays, or who would like to give table tennis a try, please do join us.  It's certainly fun and a great way to meet new people and build friendships. This low-impact game offers seniors numerous physical and mental benefits, making it an ideal activity for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Members can join in anytime between 1.00pm - 3.00pm and play as much or as little as they like . For more information please contact Trish or Joan on 07586532964
